Editing etc

I’ve founded two literary ‘little magazines’. Orient Express: contemporary writing from enlargement Europe (2002-5) published new prose and poetry from post-communist Europe. Poem: international English language quarterly (Taylor and Francis, 2013-8) published poetry from around the world, often in translation. From 2005-12 I edited Poetry Review (Poetry Society of GB). I’m currently poetry editor of the New Humanist, and serve on the boards of periodicals and publishing houses in the UK and Europe.
